Pork is sold at $5.00 per pound hanging weight, and processing is included in that price. Ideal hanging weight is 210–250 lbs, which yields about 150–190 lbs of take-home pork (70–76% of hanging weight).
We offer 1/2 and whole pork only — no individual cut orders. Your pork is custom cut to your preference, great for the freezer and great for your family.
